It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in disorderly conduct as defined in the city code, as it may be amended from time to time, or to conduct himself or herself in a manner that resembles disorderly conduct including but not limited to use of profane language, spitting of chewing tobacco on sidewalks, failure to follow park rules and other behaviors covered under A.R.S. § 13-2904.
