A. Intentionally deface, vandalize or otherwise cause destruction to park property; and/or

B. Intentionally deface, destroy, cover, damage or remove any authorized notice or sign or parts thereof whether permanent or temporary, posted or exhibited within a city park. [Ord. 06-14 § 1; Res. 06-36; Code 2004 § 18-5-3.]
