A. No building permit for individual lots within a subdivision, within a lot split, or within a minor land division may be lawfully issued until the zoning administrator or her/his designee has given authorization indicating all requirements of this title, all conditions and stipulations of approval, and any other specific project-related requirements have been met.

B. Applicants should refer to the Design Standards Manual for the minimum set of technical data and design requirements for development of public and private infrastructure.

C. Except as specifically discussed herein, each review and approval required shall be independent of every other review and approval, and shall meet the requirements of this title as a stand-alone submittal. [Ord. 20-11 §2(14-2-3); Res. 20-31.]
