A. Any division of a lot in a recorded subdivision, or any change in lot lines in a recorded subdivision, shall be processed in accordance with MCC 17.20.060, after a pre-application conference with city staff as provided in MCC 17.20.020.

B. Any replat involving the dedication of land for a public street or any off-site public improvements shall comply with all procedures set forth in this chapter.

C. An affidavit of correction as an administrative process may be utilized in instances such as when a lot line is being adjusted, to correct an error when an additional lot is not being created. [Ord. 20-11 §2(14-4-8); Res. 20-31.]
