The zoning administrator shall make the interpretation for any provision or measurement not expressly identified in this chapter and provide clarification and determination of these rules and their application to a specific site. A record of the zoning administrator’s interpretations shall be maintained and made publicly accessible on the city’s website, keyed and cross-referenced to the provisions of the code.
