The purpose of this chapter is to prescribe development and site regulations that apply, except where otherwise specifically stated, to development in all zoning districts. These standards shall be used in conjunction with the standards for each zoning district located in Division 2, Base Zoning Districts, and Division 3, Overlay Districts.
