A. Allowed Projections Above Height Limits. The structures listed in Table 18.80.080 may exceed the maximum permitted building height for the zoning district in which they are located, subject to the limitations stated in the table; and further provided, that no portion of a structure in excess of the building height limit may be used for sleeping quarters or advertising.

1. Shall be set back an additional 3 feet for every 1 foot of height exceeding 80 feet.
2. Increasing the street frontage landscaping an additional 10 feet of depth. Additional landscape area shall include an amount equal to or greater than 1 tree and 3 shrubs for each 30 feet of frontage, and vegetative ground cover occupying a minimum of 60%. Appurtenances of the facility shall be designed, constructed and/or colored in order to correspond with the aesthetic, view-shed and other characteristics of the area in which they are to be located.

Maximum height: 80 feet. Additional height may be granted by the zoning administrator; however, in no event shall the total height exceed 120 feet.
