Initiative and referendum elections shall be voted on at the next ensuing primary or general election or council may call for a special election for such purpose in accordance with A.R.S. Titles 16 and 19 and amendments thereto and the Arizona State Constitution. [Ord. 17-07; Code 2004 § 2-62.]
