2.35.020 Definitions.

A. For the purposes of interpretation of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall mean:
“Board, committee and commission members” means an appointed member of a city board, committee, commission or task force.
“Ethics code” means the provisions set forth in this chapter.
B. Except as otherwise provided herein, the words, terms, and phrases used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them in A.R.S. Title 38 and the city code, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning. [Ord. 14-10; Code 2004 § 2-137.]
