3.15.030 Vacancies – Deputies – Holding more than one office.

A. The powers and duties of any of the offices enumerated in Chapters 3.15 through 3.45 MCC may be performed by a deputy upon authorization of the city manager.
B. It shall be lawful for one person to hold more than one office, but such person shall be compensated only for one office to which he or she has been regularly appointed. [Ord. 18-09 § 1; Res. 18-24; Code 2004 § 3-43.]
