3.80.120 Selection process – Full- or part-time judges of the municipal court.

The council shall appoint, following any such process that shall from time to time be adopted by the council, full- or part-time judges of the court. Anyone so appointed shall meet the minimum qualifications enumerated in this article. [Ord. 16-09 § 1; Res. 16-27; Code 2004 § 5-34.]
