When the municipal court issues a warrant for failure to appear, noncompliance with any court order, failure to pay a fine, failure to pay restitution, or failure to pay any other fees or penalties, the judge may impose an administrative fee of not more than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) upon the person for whom the warrant is issued. This fee shall be added to the sum or sums set forth in the warrant. [Ord. 16-09 § 1; Res. 16-27; Code 2004 § 5-56.]
