In any civil violation or civil traffic matter where a default is entered against a person for failure to timely appear and defend or plead to the charge, a default processing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) may be imposed against the person. [Ord. 16-09 § 1; Res. 16-27; Code 2004 § 5-59.]
