A. Every application for an adult-oriented business license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by a five hundred dollar ($500.00) nonrefundable application and investigation fee.

B. In addition to the application and investigation fee required above, every adult-oriented business that is granted a license (new or renewal) shall pay to the city an annual nonrefundable license fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) within 30 days of license issuance or renewal.

C. Every application for an adult-oriented business employee license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by an annual one hundred dollar ($100.00) nonrefundable application, investigation and license fee.

D. All license applications and fees shall be submitted to the licensing office designated by the city manager. [Ord. 18-16 § 1; Res. 18-29; Code 2004 § 8-2-6.]
