A. It is unlawful for any person to conduct business or operate as a regulated business in the city without first obtaining and maintaining in effect a current, unrevoked and unsuspended license as required by this chapter.

B. It is unlawful for any person licensed as provided in this chapter to operate under any name or conduct business under any designation not specified in the license.

C. It is unlawful for any person licensed as provided in this chapter to conduct business at any location not specified on such license.

D. The license required by this chapter is in addition to any other licenses or permits required by any governmental authority necessary to lawfully conduct business.

E. Only fixed location businesses shall be eligible to be licensed under this chapter. No license shall be issued to any form of business operated out of a truck, van, automobile or other type of vehicle or transportable shelter and not a fixed address storefront or other permanent type of structure authorized for sales transactions.
