Permits may be renewed annually by the public works director or designee upon application by a permittee and if the public works director or designee makes the findings required by MCC 8.15.030. Application for permit renewal shall be submitted by permittees not less than 45 days prior to the expiration of the current permit and shall be submitted in the same manner as prescribed in MCC 8.15.020.
