The alarm user shall comply with the following:

A. Maintain the premises and the alarm system in a method that will reduce or eliminate false alarms.

B. Provide the alarm company with the alarm permit number once obtained.

C. A responsible party must make a reasonable effort to respond to the alarm system’s location within 30 minutes after being notified by the Maricopa police department.

D. An alarm user must make all attempts necessary to prevent/stop runaway alarms. Multiple alarms caused by a single technical malfunction in a single alarm system for a period up to 12 hours shall constitute only one false alarm.
