12.15.090 Aggressive solicitation.
This section is included in your selections.
It is unlawful for any person to solicit any money or other thing of value, or to solicit the sale of goods or services:
A. In an aggressive manner in a public space.
B. Within 15 feet of any entrance or exit of any bank or within 15 feet of any automated teller machine.
C. In any public transportation vehicle or from persons waiting within 10 feet of a sign designating a stop for a public transportation vehicle. [Ord. 24-02 § 2.]
