It shall be unlawful to bring in, set up, construct, manage or operate any amusement or entertainment contraption, device or gadget within a city park without a certificate of insurance and prior authorization from the city of Maricopa. [Ord. 06-14 § 1; Res. 06-36; Code 2004 § 18-4-6.]
