It shall be unlawful for any person to use or consume any tobacco related product in any park, square, garden and playing field or within 100 feet of playgrounds, sports courts, ramadas or other park buildings and infrastructures. [Ord. 06-14 § 1; Res. 06-36; Code 2004 § 18-4-10.]
