A PAD District must be adopted by the city council as a rezoning, according to the procedures and criteria of Chapter 18.180 MCC, and the provisions of this chapter. An application for a rezoning to the PAD District shall be accompanied by a PAD plan, which will be processed according to the procedures and criteria in Chapter 18.180 MCC, and the provisions of this chapter.
