Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section, no fence, wall, shrubbery, sign, or other obstruction to vision between a height of two feet and seven feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets shall be erected, placed, planted, allowed to grow, or maintained within the site visibility triangle as specified in MCC Title 17, Subdivisions.
