5.10.140 Additional regulations for escort agencies.

A. An escort agency shall not employ any person under the age of 18 years.
B. A person commits a misdemeanor if the person acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of 18 years. [Ord. 18-16 § 1; Res. 18-29; Code 2004 § 8-2-15.]
