To ensure compliance with this chapter and other applicable laws, the business premises of any person required to be licensed under this chapter, including any property on the premises related to the regulated business establishment, must be open to inspection by representatives of the city upon request at any time during the licensee’s regular business hours, or reasonable hours as agreed upon by the licensee and the city.
