A. A violation of this chapter is an offense, punishable as provided in MCC 1.10.010. Each day on which a violation continues shall be a separate offense.

B. In addition to the punishments provided in this section, a violation of this chapter is grounds for revocation of the license as provided in MCC 5.15.140. [Ord. 18-16 § 1; Res. 18-29; Code 2004 § 8-3-19.]
