18.35.020 Land use regulations.
Table 18.35.020 below prescribes the land use regulations for residential districts. The regulations for each district are established by letter designations as follows:
“P” designates permitted uses.
“C” designates use classifications that are permitted after review and approval of a conditional use permit by the planning and zoning commission.
“(#)” numbers in parentheses refer to specific limitations listed at the end of the table.
“X” designates uses that are not permitted.

A. Recreational Vehicle Storage on Residential Lots. Only recreational vehicles parked on an approved driveway with paved access or additional parking space as permitted in Chapter 18.105 MCC, On-Site Parking and Loading, may be stored within the required front or street side setback.
