The council may appoint, upon recommendation of the presiding judge, a number of judges pro tempore necessary to fulfill the needs of the court. Anyone so appointed shall meet the minimum qualifications enumerated in this article. [Ord. 16-09 § 1; Res. 16-27; Code 2004 § 5-35.]
